To be able to find or find success with exercise and diet, you need to set goals. But setting goals can be hard, since we can have conflicting goals. For example, I may want to lose a certain amount of weight this week and next week I want to gain weight. Then I need to make a list of goals and when I do the next week’s goals. Then I need to write it all down on a list to keep track of my progress and next week’s goals.
How do I decide on the goals I want to achieve? I need to make a short list of goals. When I am planning my short list, I need to make sure I include any goals that may seem impossible to achieve and these goals will only require a short effort to achieve them.
This short list should include 3 to 7 goals and they should be like bread to be able to eat. When I am going through my short list, I need to use the following criteria to select the goals I want to achieve:

I want my short list to be very short as it is the first thing I look at when I wake up in the morning and the last thing I look at when I goes to bed at night. For my short list, I will only have three to seven goals that I have to work on for the next week.
In my short list, I can choose the goals that are too hard to achieve. If I want to develop the goal to become a better bodybuilder, or an excellent workout, or get into the best shape of my life, or live a healthy life, I need to have a few goals that are difficult to achieve. These goals are very important to make my short list a success because it will make the goals accessible for my next week. If you are thinking about setting your short list, start creating your goals, or else you won’t be able to achieve anything and it will not be very beneficial to you. As you are planning your goals, make them as easy as possible to achieve. Don’t go for impossible goals. The easiest goals are the ones that work. Try to set your goals in the range of three to seven goals. Don’t get too ambitious and go for eight or more goals. If you set the goals in a way that they are very easy to achieve, you will not set unnecessary goals and you can easily achieve the goals that are more than one month to do.
4. The next thing I look for in my short list is my best supplements or meal supplements. These are supplements that are very good for your short list. If you are going to set your supplements for the next week, it is good to choose the supplements that will work. Supplements that work is very important because these supplements help the goals. The best supplements are the ones that will help the body grow and it will become the best it can be in that timeframe. My supplements are the ones that helps me grow my muscles when I workout. They will also make my body burn fat easily so I can burn fat. It is important to choose the supplements that will not give you any side effects or side effects that you can give your body. But try to avoid supplements that gives you lots of side effects. My supplements are the ones that are easy to digest and easy to absorb. In general if I choose my supplements that is in the middle range, my body absorb the supplements easily. A good supplement is a supplement that will make your body have a great workout.

You can choose from the protein supplement or the carbs supplement or the calories supplement. The supplements that is the best supplements in the range of grams to kilocalories.
