About three years ago I decided to get a little serious about my diet. What better way than to start walking? How hard can it be? There’s nothing difficult about walking. All it requires is a pair of good sneakers and determination. No gym membership, no expensive exercise equipment. No, all you need is a good pair of sneakers. And no, you don’t need a walk in a gym!
For a little more fun and exercise, why not get some friends together? Why not go down to your local pool with your mates? No, let’s go to your local park. You could even go play kick the ball with the kids, or chase after them. Now, why not go down to your local beach, and enjoy the sun and sand? Maybe you and a few of your mates will have a go on the volleyball net. Why not rent a beach buggy and go for a picnic? You can even go into town and see what’s popular. The point is, it doesn’t take that much effort. If you’re not too bothered about exercise, or fashion, or having to buy expensive exercise equipment, then you can lose belly fat with walking, biking, or even boating.
That’s the real secret of belly fat loss; not going to the gym, and not trying to get a six pack. You can just get your bum down to a small, natural looking tummy. Now I’m not suggesting that you should walk around the park or go surfing. What I am suggesting is that you take the time to enjoy yourself. You might even come up with a new way of exercising, like kayaking. You could even make it a competition with your mates to see who can come up with the funniest way of exercising. It’s good exercise, and it’s a lot of fun. Plus, you could meet new people.
It’s easy to forget to have fun. You could take the whole exercise thing so seriously that you could give up exercise because you’re so worried about how you’re going to look if you keep on exercising. Don’t let this happen to you. Remember that you can still exercise. You can still lose belly fat. All you have to do is make sure that you do the right exercises and you don’t overdo your exercise. You could even join your local softball team. It’s great exercise, and it’s still good dieting. It’s a low impact way of losing belly fat. You won’t be bouncing as much as you were before. But you still have to exercise regularly and eat the right foods.
